Terms of Service

The Service is run by Revan (Raven) Soni, trading as RAYXIS, in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. You can reach us at hello@rayxis.space.

The Service lets you create a personalized, animated gift and share it as a link. Most designs are free to make and send, and need no account. Premium gifts, described below, need a Google sign-in and a premium credit. Nobody needs an account to open a gift. We may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

You only need an account for premium gifts. Accounts use Google sign-in; you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure, and for what is done with your account on the Service. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

• What premium is. Premium gifts are the birthday room 360°, love room 360°, Diwali night 360°, ghost hunt 360°, Christmas Eve 360°, Bhai Dooj & Rakhi 360°, birthday photo album and romantic photo album designs, and photo albums longer than 10 photos (up to 20). A premium gift stays online for 90 days instead of 10. What counts as premium may change over time.
• Premium credits. Each premium gift uses one premium credit. Credits are sold in packs, listed on the pricing page, are added to your account once your payment is confirmed, and do not expire while we offer premium gifts. They have no cash value, can only be used on the Service, and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Invite a friend.When a friend signs in to a new account through your invite link and makes their first purchase, you and they each receive one premium credit, for up to 20 friends. Bonus credits are premium credits like any other. If the friend's purchase is refunded, both bonus credits are removed if unused. We may withhold or remove bonus credits gained by inviting yourself or through fake accounts, and may change or end the offer for future invitations.
• Prices. The price is shown before you pay, in your local currency where available, and includes any tax. Prices can differ between countries, and we may change them for future purchases. Checkout is set to the country you are browsing from.
• Payment. Payments made in India by UPI are processed by Cashfree Payments, a payment gateway; for those purchases the seller is Revan Soni, who operates the Service. All other payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: it is the seller of your purchase, collects any tax, and its buyer terms also apply to it.
• Refunds and delivery. Refunds follow our refund policy, and how credits and gifts reach you is set out in our delivery policy.
• If premium ends. If we stop offering premium gifts, we will announce it on the Service in advance so you have time to use your remaining credits.

You are responsible for everything you add to a gift — photos, names, messages, and captions (“Your Content”). By using the Service you confirm that:

• you own Your Content or have the rights and permissions to use it, including the consent of any people who appear in photos;
• Your Content does not infringe anyone’s copyright, privacy, or other rights, and does not break any law;
• Your Content is not unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.

You keep all ownership of Your Content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the Service: to store, process, and display Your Content to the people who open your gift link, for as long as we retain the gift (see our Privacy Policy). We don’t use Your Content for any other purpose.

Don’t use the Service to upload illegal or infringing content, to harass or harm others, to impersonate someone, to distribute malware, to pay with a card or account you aren’t allowed to use, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse our infrastructure (including the upload and payment systems). We may remove any gift and restrict access to the Service if these terms are broken. A premium credit used on a gift we remove for breaking these terms is not returned.

If you believe a gift contains content that infringes your rights or violates these terms, email hello@rayxis.space with the gift link and a description. We review reports and remove content that violates these terms.

Gifts are reached by an unguessable link, but anyone who has that link can open the gift and see its contents. Share links only with people you intend to, and don’t include information you wouldn’t want a link holder to see. See our Privacy Policy for more.

You must be at least 13 to use the Service, and old enough to make a purchase where you live — or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission — to buy premium credits.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a gift will stay available for the whole of its stated lifetime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAYXIS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for premium credits in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. A change never takes away premium credits you have already bought.
