Terms of Service

The Service lets you create a personalized, animated gift and share it as a link. It is provided free of charge and without accounts. We may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

You are responsible for everything you add to a gift — photos, names, messages, and captions (“Your Content”). By using the Service you confirm that:

• you own Your Content or have the rights and permissions to use it, including the consent of any people who appear in photos;
• Your Content does not infringe anyone’s copyright, privacy, or other rights, and does not break any law;
• Your Content is not unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.

You keep all ownership of Your Content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the Service: to store, process, and display Your Content to the people who open your gift link, for as long as we retain the gift (see our Privacy Policy). We don’t use Your Content for any other purpose.

Don’t use the Service to upload illegal or infringing content, to harass or harm others, to impersonate someone, to distribute malware, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse our infrastructure (including the upload system). We may remove any gift and restrict access to the Service if these terms are broken.

If you believe a gift contains content that infringes your rights or violates these terms, email hello@rayxis.space with the gift link and a description. We review reports and remove content that violates these terms.

Gifts are reached by an unguessable link, but anyone who has that link can open the gift and see its contents. Share links only with people you intend to, and don’t include information you wouldn’t want a link holder to see. See our Privacy Policy for more.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that gifts and their content will be preserved for any particular length of time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAYXIS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability is limited accordingly.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
