About a purchase or a refund
Write from, or mention, the Google address you signed in with, and include the order reference from your purchases. The refund policy explains what we can do. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, which you can also contact about a charge.
Reporting a gift
If a gift contains something that infringes your rights or breaks our terms, send us its link and tell us what is wrong. We review every report and remove content that breaks the terms.

Complaints are handled by our grievance officer, Revan (Raven) Soni. Email hello@rayxis.space with “Complaint” in the subject line.
