Delivery Policy

A gift is delivered as a private link the moment you create it. You send that link yourself — by message, email or however you like — and the recipient opens it in any web browser.

A free gift stays online for 10 days and a premium gift for 90 days. After that the gift and its photos are deleted. The date is shown when you create the gift and on your gifts.

Premium credits are sold in packs, listed with their prices on the pricing page, and each credit makes one premium gift. The credits are added to the Google account you bought them with as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a few seconds — and you are taken back to the gift you were making, or to your purchases.

If confirmation takes longer, the premium credits still arrive on their own; you can close the page. You can check how many you have at any time on your purchases.

A credit works on any premium design, and you can use the same design as many times as you like. Premium credits in your account never expire; each premium gift you make stays online for 90 days.

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, which emails your receipt to the address you paid with. Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include any tax.
