Privacy Policy

The Service is operated by RAYXIS. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@rayxis.space.

Gift content you create. When you build a gift you may provide a recipient’s name, your name, a written message or captions, an age (for birthday gifts), and photos you upload. You choose what to enter — none of it is required beyond what a given gift design needs.

Usage & device data. Like most sites, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type). This is subject to your cookie choice below.

Cookies.We use a small number of cookies for analytics. See “Cookies & your choices”.

Feedback you choose to send. If you use our feedback form, we store what you write, and — only if you fill them in — the name and email address you provide. Every field on that form is optional except the feedback itself.

We do not ask for or store account passwords, payment details, or government identifiers — the Service is free and has no accounts.

Gift content is used solely to create your gift and display it to whoever opens your gift link. Usage data is used in aggregate to keep the site working and improve it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your gift content for advertising.

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the Service:

• Netlify — website hosting and storage of the text details of each gift.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage and delivery of the photos you upload.
• Google Analytics — usage measurement (when you allow analytics cookies).

These providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.

A gift is reached through a hard-to-guess link, and uploaded photos are served from similarly unguessable web addresses. We do not list or index gifts, and reveal pages are excluded from search engines. However, anyone who has the link can open the gift and view its photos. Treat a gift link like the gift itself, and don’t include information you wouldn’t want a link holder to see.

We keep the whole of a gift — its photos and its text details (names, message, captions) — for up to 3 years, after which it is deleted. We may also delete a gift sooner — for example to manage storage, or where a gift breaks our Terms — so this period is an upper limit, not a guarantee that a gift will remain available for that long.

You can ask us to delete a gift you created at any time (see “Your rights”).

Feedback is kept until we have acted on it or it stops being useful, and is used only to decide what to build next. We will not publish anything you write unless you ticked the box giving us permission, and even then we publish a first name at most — never your email address.

If you ticked “email me when new gift scenes launch”, we keep your address on a list used solely to send occasional product updates. It is never sold, and never used for anything else. You can leave at any time by emailing hello@rayxis.space, and we will remove you and delete the address. We keep it until you do — an announcement list is only useful for as long as you want to be on it.

Withdrawing from the mailing list and deleting your feedback are separate requests; tell us which you want, or ask for both.

Analytics cookies are enabled by default in most regions and can be declined. For visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, they stay off until you accept them, in line with local law. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site’s cookies. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to create or open gifts.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data in a gift you created. Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/EEA/UK), you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To make a request, email hello@rayxis.space. Because gifts have no accounts, please send the request from, or include, enough detail (such as the gift link) for us to find it.

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
